Metal 3D Printing

Our metal 3D printing service consists of two different print technologies, direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) and metal binder jetting. Both processes are capible of creating fully functional metal prototypes and production parts in a wide range of metals. Select your metal baesd on the end-use application and desired mechanical properties.

Injection Molding

Injection molding is the most cost-effective way to make parts at scale. This process involves injecting molten plastic into a mold tool and then ejecting the solidified part. This process can be quickly repeated hundreds or even thousands of times, allowing the cost of the mold to be amortized, driving down the cost of each unit.

Sheet Metal

Sheet stock is procured in a flat state, cut, then formed into its final state through a series of progressive steps. First, the sheet has to be cut with a shear, laser, waterjet, plasma, or punch press to create the profile. Once the blank is produced, the part can then be formed by bending and welding into its final design.
