Metal 3D Printing

Direct Metal Laser Sintering

Direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) is a metal 3D printing technology that builds metal parts with exceptional mechanical properties and unmatched precision (+/- 0.003 in). Our large manufacturing capacity enables us to produce high quality on-demand production parts in wide range of materials.

Designers often chose DMLS for its ability to produce all-in-one metal assemblies and highly precise metal parts with complex features, like internal supports or lattices. DMLS does not have upfront setup or tooling costs, making it an affordable option for fully dense metal parts. With DMLS’s affordability, speed, and superior design freedoms, this process has proven to be an unmatched option to produce metal parts have otherwise been though as impossible to manufacture.

Metal Binder Jetting

Metal binder jetting is another 3D printing technology used to make complex metal parts with good mechanical properties. We provide our customers with access to a large amount of on-demand production capacity which includes the latest binder jet machines, high-performance metal alloys and composites.

Metal binder jetting is often used to produce metal parts at fraction of the cost of other metal processes with virtually no design limitations. Binder jetting machines have large build areas and are capable of producing parts quickly, making it an excellent option for low to medium batch parts, or parts that require a rapid turnaround. Although binder jetting materials are not as refined as those compared to DMLS, the speed, affordability, and alternative materials available, makes it the perfect option for many products.
